Plain English: Use Noveli fairly and we will provide a reliable, honest service. Your employee data never leaves your browser. You own your data. We can terminate accounts that abuse the platform.
By accessing or using Noveli you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Noveli on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Noveli is a browser-based HR org chart and workforce analytics platform. All employee and workforce data you upload is processed exclusively within your browser. It is never transmitted to or stored on Noveli's servers.
You must register with a valid email address and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at [email protected].
You agree not to use Noveli to violate any applicable law; infringe intellectual property rights; transmit malware or harmful code; attempt unauthorized access to our systems; reverse engineer the Service; or resell access without our written permission.
Noveli offers a free 7-day trial and paid monthly subscriptions billed per workspace. Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all Noveli transactions. This means Paddle handles payment collection, invoicing, VAT and tax obligations, and compliance on our behalf. By subscribing to a paid plan you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
Noveli never receives or stores your credit card or payment details. All payment data is handled exclusively by Paddle in accordance with their privacy policy and PCI DSS standards.
Prices may change with 30 days notice. EU B2B customers: VAT is handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. US customers: applicable state and local taxes are collected by Paddle. For refunds, see our Refund Policy.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full feature access and no credit card required. At the end of the trial your account is locked until you upgrade. Your workspace data and settings are preserved during the locked period.
You retain full ownership of all data you input into Noveli. Employee workforce data is processed entirely in your browser and is never transmitted to or stored by Noveli. Account data such as your email and workspace settings is stored solely to operate the Service and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Noveli platform, design, code, and trademarks are owned by Noveli and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws, including those of the European Union and the United States. You confirm you are not located in, under the control of, or a national of any country subject to applicable trade embargoes or sanctions.
The Service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may suspend access temporarily for maintenance or security, with advance notice where possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noveli is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Noveli in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations, with reasonable notice. Upon termination your right to use the Service ceases.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, European Union. EU consumers also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence. Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under UNCITRAL rules, in English, seated in Bucharest, Romania, unless your local law requires otherwise.
We will notify account holders by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Noveli after changes constitutes acceptance.
